Third Quarter highlights
This is a screenshot from Heritages website showing how good business is for them. When you look at this, you wonder why after fighting me in court and offering me only $5,000 to settle, why and how the courts can allow Heritage to try to collect attorneys fees from me in the amount of $48,370.50. Remember, Im the one whos had to live in a trailer withoutrunning water and electricity for over a year now so that I can afford to pay legal fees and my mortgage on the property. Ive attached the twelve page motion Attorney Michelle Diverio submitted to the court on January 12, 2017.
